These Terms cover use of Astro’s website, quote requests and optional text-messaging program. The scope, price and arrangements for a particular cleaning appointment are confirmed separately with Astro.

Quotes and Appointment Requests
Submitting a form, asking for a quote or requesting a date does not by itself confirm a booking. Astro will confirm the cleaning scope, price and scheduling availability directly with you. Tell us about the property size, condition, requested rooms or carpet areas, access needs and any specific concerns so the quote reflects the work requested.
House cleaning, carpet cleaning and combined visits are subject to the scope agreed for your appointment. Additional tasks or changes should be discussed with Astro before the work is performed. Website descriptions provide general service information and do not guarantee availability, a particular result, stain removal, a rental-deposit return or acceptance by a landlord or inspector.
Service Arrangements
Provide accurate contact and property information and let Astro know about access restrictions, pets, hazards or special instructions relevant to the cleaning. Discuss the preferred date, arrival arrangements and any preparation needed before the visit. If payment, cancellation or rescheduling terms apply to your appointment, Astro will provide them when arranging the service; this page does not set a separate fee schedule.
Optional Astro Text-Messaging Program
Astro Home and Carpet Cleaning offers optional text communications about cleaning estimate requests, appointment coordination, service updates and customer support. If you separately consent to marketing texts, messages may also include special offers, discounts and cleaning reminders. Messages depend on the consent choices you make.
The website form has separate, optional service-message and marketing-message consent choices. Providing a phone number or submitting the form does not select those choices for you. You do not need to consent to text messages to request a quote or purchase cleaning services.
Frequency and charges: message frequency varies with your requests, appointments and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Ask your wireless provider about your plan and charges.
Opting out: reply STOP to the messaging number that sent the text. You may receive a final confirmation, after which program messages will stop. To ask about opting back in, contact Astro; a new opt-in is required.
Help: reply HELP to a message or contact astrohomeandcarpetcleaning@gmail.com or (757) 462-0999. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Text delivery can depend on carrier coverage and technical availability.

Using This Website
Use the website and inquiry forms for legitimate service requests and related communications. Do not use them to send unlawful content, impersonate another person, submit information you are not authorized to provide, or interfere with the website or its systems.
