How long does the whole-home package take?
Most homes take a half-day to a full day depending on size, condition, and the number of carpeted rooms. We’ll give you a realistic time estimate at booking — not a rushed number designed to win the job.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not necessarily. Many clients give us a key or code and come home to a completely clean house. We’ll discuss your preference at booking and handle it the way that works best for your situation.
When can I walk on the carpets after cleaning?
Carpets are typically dry within 2–6 hours depending on your home’s ventilation and humidity. We recommend staying off them until dry, or wearing clean socks if you need to move through the home. We’ll give you a specific estimate on the day.
Can I add pet stain treatment to the whole-home package?
Yes — pet stain and odor treatment is available as an add-on. Tell us when you book and we’ll factor it into the scope and the quote.
Is same-day whole-home cleaning available?
